Double-sided Hole Drilling
A dedicated double-sided hole drilling machine is used to precisely process the pin holes on both sides of the ear plate at one time, ensuring extremely high coaxiality. This enables smooth installation of the pin shaft, effectively avoiding eccentric wear and greatly extending the service life of the shaft and shaft sleeve.
Sandblasting and Polishing Treatment
Fully automatic equipment thoroughly cleans and decontaminates components, creating a uniformly rough surface that significantly increases paint adhesion and markedly enhances corrosion and rust resistance

Precision Beveling
Precise beveling treatment is carried out before welding to ensure full penetration and fusion of the weld, with connection strength comparable to the base metal.

Multi-layer Multi-pass Welding
In key stress-bearing parts, the multi-layer multi-pass welding process is strictly implemented. Through layer-by-layer accumulation, pores, slag inclusions and other defects caused by single-pass welding are effectively avoided, and the internal grains of the weld are refined, resulting in better toughness.

Source Inspection
All raw materials must pass strict inspection before entering the warehouse; if they are unqualified, they will not enter the factory.
Process Inspection
Multiple quality inspection points are set up during production. If problems are found, production is stopped immediately and will not flow into the next process.
Final Testing
Before leaving the factory, it undergoes comprehensive tests such as dimension, pressure, and action to ensure that the product delivered to you is 100% reliable.
