Double-sided Hole Drilling

A dedicated double-sided hole drilling machine is used to precisely process the pin holes on both sides of the ear plate at one time, ensuring extremely high coaxiality. This enables smooth installation of the pin shaft, effectively avoiding eccentric wear and greatly extending the service life of the shaft and shaft sleeve.

Sandblasting and Polishing Treatment

Through layer-by-layer accumulation, pores, slag inclusions and other defects caused by single-pass welding are effectively avoided, and the internal grains of the weld are refined, resulting in better toughness.

Source Inspection

All raw materials must pass strict inspection before entering the warehouse; if they are unqualified, they will not enter the factory.

Process Inspection

Before leaving the factory, it undergoes comprehensive tests such as dimension, pressure, and action to ensure that the product delivered to you is 100% reliable.
