Automated Welding Robot

Critical welds are precisely executed by robots, eliminating human variability and ensuring that each weld is consistently strong and reliable.

Double-sided Hole Drilling

A dedicated double-sided hole drilling machine is used to precisely process the pin holes on both sides of the ear plate at one time, ensuring extremely high coaxiality. This enables smooth installation of the pin shaft, effectively avoiding eccentric wear and greatly extending the service life of the shaft and shaft sleeve.

Sandblasting and Polishing Treatment

Fully automated equipment thoroughly cleans and decontaminates components, creating a consistently rough surface that greatly improves paint adhesion and significantly boosts corrosion and rust resistance.

The core welds undergo “CT-style” flaw detection, ensuring that no internal defects are left undetected.

Multi-layer Multi-pass Welding

For critical stress-bearing components, the multi-layer, multi-pass welding process is rigorously applied. This layer-by-layer approach effectively prevents defects such as pores and slag inclusions that can occur with single-pass welding, while refining the internal grain structure of the weld, resulting in improved toughness.

Source Inspection

All raw materials undergo rigorous inspection before being accepted into the warehouse; any materials that do not meet the required standards are rejected and will not be allowed into the factory.

Process Inspection

Multiple quality inspection checkpoints are implemented throughout production. If any issues are detected, production is halted immediately, and the affected materials will not proceed to the next stage.

Final Testing

Before leaving the factory, the product undergoes thorough testing, including checks for dimensions, pressure, and functionality, to ensure that it is 100% reliable when delivered to you.
