河道疏浚淤泥固化处理设备、流程及应用浅析

在河道改善工程和市政工程中，总会形成大量的清淤污泥。这些淤泥有着较高的含水量，没有很高的强度，不能直接用作工程土壤，这不仅破坏着倾倒点周围的环境，并且会占用大面积土地资源，需要进行处理。与此同时，如遇下雨，很可能将污泥冲刷到附近的河流，形成二次污染。除此之外，例如低洼的填埋场、堤防加固、道路施工以及填海工程，需要大量具有良好工程性质的充填土壤，其中大部分是通过采砂和砂砾获得的，在一定程度上会消耗资源。充分利用好河道清淤底泥在处理改良后的特性也显得尤为重要，要做到这些则需要选择最优的技术和设备加以实施。

   1 河道淤泥固化处理技术

根据河道沉积物的物理化学特征，固化技术设备系统不仅大大提高了固化处理污泥的效率，而且实现了固化处理污泥的连续半自动施工。固化河道淤泥的技术具有广泛的应用范围，可用于河道、水库、湖泊等淤泥，对河流污染做出有效解决，优化水质，对水生态环境做出改善。它也可用于严重污染，特别是重金属污染沉积物的凝固固化处理，可以减少沉积物的二次污染；与此同时，还可以将不含重金属沉积物固化成城市建设所需的建筑材料，降低产生破坏土地资源的情况，使污泥无害化，以及加强资源利用，将城市生活环境进行优化。

   2 疏浚方式及其应用设备

   2.1干法清淤

干法疏浚主要指的是临时设置围堰抽出水的干式疏浚。疏浚机械主要由挖掘机和高压水枪加泥浆泵。挖掘机的干疏浚主要适用于可在短时间内疏浚的季节性河流、非主要河流和小河流。它可以直接挖掘在疏浚河道的河床暴露区域，或在水下区域建造围堰隔断，在排水之后，进行挖掘淤泥的作业。挖掘机挖掘具有方便，灵活，适应性强，施工工艺要求低，不增加沉积物含水率等特点，但很容易受到天气的影响。使用高压水枪冲洗污泥，是将污泥扰成泥浆，并通过管道将其泵送到岸上的堆场或集水箱。液压挖掘施工简单，施工成本低，但增加了沉积物的含水量，导致后续沉积物处理的成本增加。

  2.2水下疏浚带

疏浚设备在水面上由船作为施工平台操作，底泥通常通过管道输送到岸场，具体形式包括耙吸挖泥船、绞吸式挖泥船、抓斗式挖泥船等。绞吸式挖泥船主要使用铰刀来松开河底淤泥，并将其与水混合形成泥浆，它通过吸入管吸入泵体，并通过排泥管送入排泥区。目前，在绞吸船的基础上，开发了各种小型环保型绞吸船。原理基本相同，但在绞吸船的基础上进行了改进，使用新型环保型铰刀，刀臂采用液压驱动，能够灵活的进行移动，在河底实现封闭的低干扰疏浚。受干扰的淤泥立即被抽吸泵吸走，适用于疏浚河流和湖泊。耙吸挖泥船主要配备耙头挖掘机和液压抽吸装置的大型自走式、仓库式挖掘船疏浚。疏浚时，吸水管降低到河底，泥浆泵的真空将河底的泥浆通过耙头和吸水管泵送到挖泥船的泥浆仓。对于深层，裸露，狭窄和长距离沿海通道挖掘和维护比较适用，挖掘泥浆时效率最高。抓斗式挖泥船使用钢缆上的抓斗，依赖其重力，应用插入泥层并关闭抓斗来挖掘和抓住淤泥，然后旋转到预定位置以将泥浆排放到泥浆室或泥浆驳船中。抓斗泥浆层厚度大，污泥原始含水率基本保持不变，但开挖深度很难控制，不适合挖掘浅淤泥，容易产生泥浆缺失并严重扰乱泥浆，在以提高水质为目标的疏浚工程中，通常无法达到最初的目的。

   2.3环境疏浚方法

根据各河段的特点，对河道和景观河道的疏浚方法进行确定。景观河道周边地区多为住宅集中和城市主干道，为了防止施工对周围房屋和道路造成的环境污染，采用小规模绞吸式挖泥船对沉积物进行疏浚，可以提高沉积物的疏浚效率，缩短沉积物的疏浚时间。

  2.4几种疏浚方法均产生的后续问题

不管采取哪种疏浚方法，淤泥等沉积物上岸后都存在着后续处理问题，传统的方法是晾晒、堆坝、运输，其最大的缺点是占地大、二次污染严重、运输成本大。因此，一定要找出更加便捷、实用的干化手段来解决这一矛盾。

  3 固化处理流程中固化设备的种类

  3.1叠螺式脱水机

主体是由固定环和游动环相互层叠，螺旋轴贯穿其中形成的过滤装置，当螺旋推动轴转动时，设在推动轴外围的多重固活叠片相对移动，在重力作用下，水从相对移动的叠片间隙中滤出，实现快速浓缩。经过浓缩的污泥随着螺旋轴的转动不断往前移动；沿泥饼出口方向，螺旋轴的螺距逐渐变小，环与环之间的间隙也逐渐变小，螺旋腔的体积不断收缩；在出口处背压板的作用下，内压逐渐增强，在螺旋推动轴依次连续运转推动下，污泥中的水分受挤压排出，泥饼含固量不断升高，最终实现污泥的连续脱水。适用于高、低浓度污泥的脱水。进行低浓度（2000mg/L~）污泥脱水时，无需建设浓缩池、贮存池，降低建设成本；减少磷的释放和厌氧臭气的产生；擅长含油污泥的脱水；螺旋轴的转速约2~3转/分，耗电极低；故障少，噪音振动小，操作简单。

缺点是由于单台设备产泥量小，只能通过增加设备数量加以解决。

  3.2板框式压滤机

在河道疏浚淤泥的过程中应用板框式压滤机，主要是通过板框的挤压，使污泥内的水通过滤布排出，达到脱水目的。主要由主机（机架和滤室）、液压部件和电气等部分组成。板框压滤机由交替排列的滤板和滤框构成一组滤室。滤板的表面有沟槽，其凸出部位用以支撑滤布。滤框和滤板的边角上有通孔，组装后构成完整的通道，能通入悬浮液、洗涤水和引出滤液。板、框两侧各有把手支托在横梁上，由压紧装置压紧板、框。板、框之间的滤布起密封垫片的作用。由供料泵将悬浮液压入滤室，在滤布上形成滤渣，直至充满滤室。滤液穿过滤布并沿滤板沟槽流至板框边角通道，集中排出。过滤完毕，可通入清洗涤水洗涤滤渣。洗涤后，有时还通入压缩空气，除去剩余的洗涤液。随后打开压滤机卸除滤渣，清洗滤布，重新压紧板、框，开始下一工作循环。板框压滤机对于滤渣压缩性大或近于不可压缩的悬浮液都能适用。适合的悬浮液的固体颗粒浓度一般为10%以下，操作压力一般为0.3～1.6兆帕，特殊的可达3兆帕或更高。过滤面积可以随所用的板框数目增减。特点：板框压滤机是污水处理系统中的针对污泥处理的设备，其作用是将污水处理后的淤泥进行压滤，形成大块滤饼（泥饼），以便排除。板框压滤机工作运行的原理比较简单，先由液压施力压紧板框组，沉淀的淤泥由中间进入，分布到各滤布之间。由于板框压紧，淤泥无法外溢，在螺杆泵和隔膜泵的高压之下，淤泥中的水分由滤布中渗出，流入回水管，而泥饼则留在了空腔中。之后板框卸压，滤板拉开，泥饼靠重力落下。板框压滤机的主要泥饼厚30mm、过滤压力16bar、最大关闭压力368bar。一般板框式压滤机与其他类型脱水机相比，泥饼含固率最高，可达35%，如果从减少污泥堆置占地和对泥饼含固率的要求因素考虑，板框式压滤机应该是首选方案。缺点是整个系统占地面积大，需要调理池、筛分等一系列配套设备。

   3.3 带式压滤机

应用带式压滤机对河道淤泥进行疏浚时，一般采用全封闭式三段式带式压滤机的形式。工作原理是用两块有渗透性的滤带在一组加压轴中滚动，污泥压在两块滤布的中间，被滤布的压力滤干。以下是污泥脱水的过程：含泥污水或河道淤泥在经过筛分设备，去掉大颗粒垃圾，进入絮凝池加入絮凝剂，在絮凝池底部装有厚泥泵，将泥浆泵入带式压滤机的上层滤带上，第一个程序是重力排水，此程序是再次提高污泥的含固率，为下一个工作程序做好准备。经过重力排水后，污泥再次被滤干,而且平均分布在滤布上，渐渐开始加压，污泥开始进行压滤，污水在两块滤布中间，经过一组加压轴，污泥被滤布产生的压力压干，而滤布的压力可以按脱水效果调整机械的速度能平稳调速。滤布结合方式采用无极联接，行走速度≥1m/min，滤布强度＞6N/cm，浓缩机目孔≤450m，脱水机目孔≤600m，材料为聚丙烯。优点是在供料和筛分等设备正常运行状态下，可以连续运转，保证出泥的连续性，缺点是集中控制程度较低，往往某一环节的故障会影响设备的生产效率。

   3.4一体化底泥处理机

一体化底泥处理机是中国电建水环境公司根据疏浚现场对上岸底泥干化处理的专用设备，每小时处理130方含固率在3%～25%之间的污水或污泥，有专用的管道与清淤设备连接，减少了调蓄池的环节，该系统由供料筛分、控制、配药、加药絮凝、压滤五个部分组成，其中控制、配药系统为2.4米宽，7米长的集装箱，进料、筛分、加药、絮凝、压滤系统的外形尺寸2.4米宽，12米长，是一个40尺集装箱大小。其体积小，施工现场布置简单，自动化程度高，控制系统为就地集中手动触屏控制，应对整个污泥处理系统采用PLC程控，并与中央控制车无线连接，具有各机组起／停控制；运行、故障批示；紧急停车按钮；对进料泵、加药泵流量调节；故障报警、故障原因显示等功能。有三块操作显示屏可在控制车、絮凝罐、压滤机处分别单独操控整套系统。进泥泵：型式为偏心单螺杆泵；配有电动流量调节装置，泵的无故障累积运行时间大于2万小时；定子工作寿命大于4万小时；轴承的温升不超过环境温度35℃，其极限温度不超过80℃；螺杆材料和耐蚀硬质合金钢，定子材料为硬质耐磨橡胶，所有连接附件、地脚螺栓材料为不锈钢304；自动配制投加絮凝剂系统：絮凝剂调制母液浓度0.5%～1%，絮凝剂使用浓度0.1%，絮凝剂类型采用液态絮凝剂，加药泵采用螺杆泵，自动配制投加絮凝剂系统的所有材料均应采用不锈钢或非腐蚀性材料。

  4多种污泥干化技术的比较

以上主要研究了几种污泥干化设备，但就设备类型和原理来看却远不止这些机械式，对于疏浚、市政污泥的处理方法还有很多，比如离心式利用水和泥的比重不同，在高速离心机的运行过程中达到水、泥分离，但是离心机耗电量大，运行时噪音较大；冷冻式利用水和泥的物理性质在通过冷冻直至冰点后再融化，经过此过程将水和泥分开，但是冷冻过程需要一定的时间，而且受冷冻设备的限制在连续性和产能上都会受到一定的限制；燃烧式利用高温去除水分，但在加温的过程中难免产生二次污染，对周围环境造成不良影响。

  5 结论

疏浚、市政污泥固化处理技术设备的使用，也是确定处理过程以及固化数量的关键因素，并且与运输成本直接相关。在处理污泥的规划阶段，要认真选择使用的技术和设备，一体化底泥处理机，这种设备的使用可以满足大部分现场施工，具有自动化程度高，操作简单，现场摆放布置灵活、转场迅速、维护人员少、噪音小、可连续运转，特别适合在城市建成区作业，产出的泥饼含水率低，可直接再利用，用于市政建筑或其他填充需求，这一技术的应用解决了污泥处理的问题，还节省了土地资源。
